It has been a pleasure to serve you in 2012.  We have had an exciting year, with many successes and many challenges.  It has gone by quickly.

Some 2012 highlights:

• We had record number of 200 members – 17% of our membership - volunteer for MNCAR.  This is outstanding compared with other associations.  Thank you for your involvement

• We have spent several months preparing for a staff leadership transition.  We wish our executive director Dara Rudick well as she moves on to launch an association management company.  Dara served MNCAR for seven years during which MNCAR has thrived.

• We have provided our members approximately 3,000 CE credits, including numerous programs, events, and trainings.

• We transitioned to a new Exchange technology platform, and experienced some unexpected challenges.  Our board leaders are working quickly to ensure the MNCAR members have access to the best available technology, and continue to own and control your own unrivaled data.  Stay tuned for Exchange updates.
