About Exemption Letter

Every licensee who practices commercial solely must submit this letter every year, in order to be exempt from the requirements.  This is because the module courses change each year.

Brokers can send a letter on behalf of all of their licensed agents.  It must list all agents’ names and license numbers, and it must be signed by the primary broker.

Licensees should e-mail the below letter to cindy.milligan@state.mn.us  at the MN Department of Commerce between April 1 and June 15, 2014.
