MNCAR:       What advice would you give to someone starting out in this career?

MC:               Work hard, finish what you start, respect the people you work for and remember you don’t know what you don’t know.

MNCAR:       What is your hidden talent?

MC:               Ran 9 Marathons.

MNCAR:       What is one word that describes you?

MC:               Busy.

MNCAR:       Who do you admire most?

MC:               My Mom.

MNCAR:       When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

MC:               A Mom.

MNCAR:       What is your favorite movie?

MC:               Any of the Lord of the Rings movies.

MNCAR:       What is your proudest moment?

MC:               Introducing my parents to my 1^st baby.

MNCAR:       Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

MC:               Just where I am!

MNCAR:       What piece of technology couldn’t you live without?

MC:               iPhone

MNCAR:       What would you rather do than go to work Monday morning?

MC:               Run 10 miles and go to a Bikram yoga class.
