Four startup commercial real estate technology companies presented their products to the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors on Tuesday. Each application was designed to help brokers do other tasks better.

Flyer

Web: flyer.io

Headquarters: San Francisco

Problem: Boring real estate flyers, static photos of properties

Solution: A Flyer.io interactive commercial real estate brochure that uses a panoramic image of interiors and exteriors and can be manipulated by using a tool such as Google Street View on smartphones, tablets or desktops

Price: $49 per month for pro subscription, $24 per month for basic version

CompStak

Web: compstak.com

Headquarters: New York

Problem: Difficulty getting reliable information about completed lease deals to compare the market

Solution: Crowd-sourced information about commercial real estate leases

Price: Free for brokers who contribute information about leases; paid service for real estate investors and landlords

Markets: New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Chicago. Plans to start Minneapolis service in September.

TenEight

Web: teneight.net

Problem: Brokers take tenants on tours of potential properties and everyone is overwhelmed with info
