Ethics Requirement

To maintain your REALTOR® membership with MNCAR, you must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training by December 31, 2008.

If you have record of course completion, please provide that information to MNCAR so we may update your record. You may email confirmation documents to admin@mncar.org or fax them to our office at 952-908-1799.

It is a requirement of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), that every REALTOR® complete 2.5 hours of ethics training every 4 years. The next cycle (Cycle 3) is January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2012. 

New Member Orientation:
If you have attended a New Member Orientation since January 1, 2005, your ethics requirement for the current cycle has been completed.
