Current Responsibilities
For the past 17 years, Tony DelDotto has led Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq brokerage efforts as a specialist in the Twin Cities South Metro commercial real estate market.

The focus of his business is providing comprehensive real estate analysis to company owners, tenants and real estate investors. Services include tenant and landlord representation, land/building acquisition or disposition, new development and investment property analysis. 

Since being awarded the Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq’s Rising Star Award in 2002 and soon after being nominated and voted for by his peers to receive the industry’s Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association (MNCAR) Rising Star Award in 2004, Tony's industry performance continues to be recognized.   

Tony is a multi-year recipient of the Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq Offshore award and in 2007 he was commended by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal's “Forty under 40”. In 2008 Tony received Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq’s annual Community Service Award. 

Tony has a fast-growing list of clients which includes Duke Realty, Global Logistic Properties, Roseville Properties, United Properties, REIT Management & Research, Strategic Warehousing, Amazon.com, Pioneer Power, LCH Packaging, and Bailey Nurseries.

Professional and Community Involvement
Tony is a past President, and past Board Member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and past Board Member of the MNCAR Exchange. He frequently volunteers, coaches and mentors with various non-profit efforts.

Education
He is a graduate of Burnsville High School and the University of North Dakota. He attended UND on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

A REALTOR® will look at every angle from your perspective, including crafting a purchase agreement that allows enough time for you to complete inspections and investigations of the property before you are bound to complete the purchase.
  6. Up-to-date experience. Most people buy only a few homes in their lifetime, usually with quite a few years in between each purchase. Even if you’ve done it before, laws and regulations change. REALTORS® handle hundreds of transactions over the course of their career.
  7. Your rock during emotional moments. A home is so much more than four walls and a roof. And for most people, property represents the biggest purchase they’ll ever make. Having a concerned, but objective, third party helps you stay focused on the issues most important to you.
