What is "Click to Chat"?

"Click to Chat" allows MNCAR.org visitors to connect to a MNCAR Exchange representative and have their questions answered instantly, simply by clicking the chat button.
 

How can it help me?

"Click to Chat" is quick, easy, and available to you Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. It can be a great alternative to a phone conversion, as links and directions listed in the chat conversation can be emailed to you after your session.


How do I ask a question using "Click to Chat"?

  1. Click the Live Chat button located on right side of every MNCAR.org webpage
  2. Enter your information and optional question and click Submit
  3. When the chat session starts, view the response from the chat operator in the center of the window
  4. Enter your response in the lower box and click Send Message
  5. To end the session, click End Chat in the lower right corner for the window
  6. To receive a copy of the chat session transcript, verify your email address and click Send Message
  7. To exit, click the X in the upper right corner to close the window
