Current Responsibilities

The Healthcare Advisory Group is a team with 32 years’ experience delivering real estate solutions exclusively for hospitals, clinics and private practice groups.  As a Vice President on the Healthcare Advisory team, Misty is responsible for providing consulting and advisory services to healthcare clients with a unique understanding of the issues specific to their practices.  She brings her clients unbiased, uncompromised representation and is a true advocate and extension of their internal team.  She prides herself on working with her clients from beginning to end and all of the steps along the way, including strategic planning, market evaluation, patient demographics, site selection and lease negotiations through the project start including contractor and architect selection and finally, the project finish.

Misty’s dedication to her team and clients has earned her the Champions of Excellence Award in 2011 and the Rising Star Award in 2014.

Prior to joining The Excelsior Group, Misty worked as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield / NorthMarq.  She also has prior experience from her role at RBC Dain Rauscher as the on-site Lease Administrator.

Misty is an active participant in the Minnesota Medical Group Management Association (MMGMA) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR) and was recently appointed to the City of Chaska Planning Commission.
