Robert Bayer, MBA & CPA assists clients in building wealth by acquiring (disposing) of real estate assets by maximizing cash flow and minimizing tax consequences.

Mr. Bayer is a results-oriented professional with an extensive background in court-appointed receiverships, operational turnarounds, loan workouts and troubled asset resolution.

Joining Keller Williams Commercial Midwest in February, 2017, as Director of CREST (Commercial Real Estate Solutions Team), Mr. Bayer continues to forge significant relationships with banks and attorneys to help financial institutions manage their REO assets and real estate loans that are troubled.

Mr. Bayer has been involved in 125 receiverships since 2008, including: multi-unit apartment complexes, retail strip centers, office complexes, and industrial buildings. He has also led operational receiverships of convenience stores, manufacturing and medical device companies.

Mr. Bayer has managed and participated in strategic planning for multi-unit restaurant organizations, manufacturing companies, convenience stores, printing companies and financial service industries. Mr. Bayer also has expertise in crisis management, leadership, team-building, turn around management, cash flow optimization and customer profitability analysis.

Mr. Bayer holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University, and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University. He is an active CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

A REALTOR® will look at every angle from your perspective, including crafting a purchase agreement that allows enough time for you to complete inspections and investigations of the property before you are bound to complete the purchase.
  6. Up-to-date experience. Most people buy only a few homes in their lifetime, usually with quite a few years in between each purchase. Even if you’ve done it before, laws and regulations change. REALTORS® handle hundreds of transactions over the course of their career.
