About Element - Element is a commercial real estate advisory firm that provides development consulting and leasing services for owners and entrepreneurs in walkable, urban neighborhoods in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro. Founded by JoAnna Hicks and Kevin Kuppe in 2015 and based in Minneapolis, Element works with clients who are passionate about their businesses and their communities, and who expect their partners to join them in exploring the “what if’s” of their projects.
