Lamar has a 13-year background in commercial real estate, representing tenants, landlords, and investors in the leasing, asset management, acquisition, and disposition of their real estate holdings.  Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Lamar was the founder and managing principal of Sett Properties, LLC, a brokerage and investment firm representing private companies, institutions, investors, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office and industrial real estate.  He has also served as Director of Asset Management & Acquisitions for Tishman Speyer Properties (Chicago, Illinois), Director of Acquisitions and Financial Planning for Riverview Realty Partners (Chicago, Illinois), and Financial Analyst/Assistant Director of Research for Cushman & Wakefield (Washington, D.C.).  To date, Lamar has collaborated on more than $2.5 billion of capital transactions totaling 5.7 million square feet.
