Brent Erickson began his career in commercial real estate in 1989 when he joined United Properties as a property manager. He has been involved in brokerage services, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, and construction and remodeling projects. He currently is focused on leasing and brokerage services in the Minneapolis Central Business District and is also involved with acquisitions and disposition of real estate, as well as other tenant services.

Brent's clients have included institutional investors such as Teachers Insurance and Annuity, The Travelers Insurance Company, the St. Paul Port Authority, American Realty Advisors and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, as well as a variety of individual investors. The range of experience that Mr. Erickson has in commercial real estate is extremely beneficial to his clients. He has worked with clients in both suburban and downtown office buildings as well as industrial buildings. His understanding of the various components of commercial real estate and prevailing market trends is an integral component to understanding the Minneapolis CBD office market.

Brent is the former President of the Board of Directors for a large non-profit childcare center and volunteers for the Children�s Cancer Research Fund. He is also involved with the Minneapolis Downtown Council and the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. Brent has a degree in education from Gustavus Adolphus College.
