Ron is a veteran commercial real estate broker professionally representing tenants and buyers in the Twin Cities. His clients include office and industrial users, non-profits, medical companies, dentists and breweries. He is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Ron received an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Southern California.

Ron and his wife, Kris, enjoy participating in the lives of their four children and are active members at the Cathedral of St. Paul. Ron has served as a board member for Way of the Shepard Montessori School and Mounds View Basketball; and he has coached youth baseball, basketball and golf. He is a sports enthusiast who loves golf, tennis, and the outdoors.

A REALTOR® will look at every angle from your perspective, including crafting a purchase agreement that allows enough time for you to complete inspections and investigations of the property before you are bound to complete the purchase.
  6. Up-to-date experience. Most people buy only a few homes in their lifetime, usually with quite a few years in between each purchase. Even if you’ve done it before, laws and regulations change. REALTORS® handle hundreds of transactions over the course of their career.
