Bob Revoir began his real estate career in 1994 and joined Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in 1997. As an Executive Director in our Office Brokerage division, he actively represents both building owners and tenants in the Twin Cities Suburban market.
Bob currently leads a team that has represented institutional and local owners such as Duke Realty, Equity Office Properties, Franklin Street Properties, Hudson Advisors, RMR, State Farm, Sun Capital Advisers and Travelers. Bob has also represented several local and national tenants throughout his career. Bob has achieved C&W's prestigious Offshore Club award in recognition for his performance.
Before joining C&W, Bob spent three years with Koll Real Estate, formerly The Shelard Group, Inc., a Minneapolis based commercial real estate brokerage firm.
Bob has earned his designation to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and he is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).  Bob is a former board member of each organization.
Bob graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in accounting.

  5. Negotiation knowledge. There are many factors up for discussion in a deal. A REALTOR® will look at every angle from your perspective, including crafting a purchase agreement that allows enough time for you to complete inspections and investigations of the property before you are bound to complete the purchase.
  6. Up-to-date experience. Most people buy only a few homes in their lifetime, usually with quite a few years in between each purchase. Even if you’ve done it before, laws and regulations change. REALTORS® handle hundreds of transactions over the course of their career.
  7. Your rock during emotional moments. A home is so much more than four walls and a roof. And for most people, property represents the biggest purchase they’ll ever make. Having a concerned, but objective, third party helps you stay focused on the issues most important to you.
