With over 20 years as a real estate professional, Chioma has committed himself to a goal of “exceptional satisfaction” for his clients.  He has sought additional education in new home sales and commercial sales and leasing.  But as importantly, Chioma approaches each real estate transaction as if it were his own, working with unwavering commitment toward his clients’ dreams.

Originally from Nigeria, where haggling and bargaining is second nature, Chioma is an expert negotiator on behalf of his clients.  His attention to the details of each transaction paired with his strong business ethic earns him his clients’ trust and repeat business.

Having lived in a suburb of Minneapolis since 1986, Chioma has a vast knowledge of the twin cities market.  His wife is a teacher in Minneapolis Public Schools and his two sons attended District 281.  Coaching and playing soccer has been an enjoyable pastime over the years.
