Barb and her husband Craig own a Commercial Real Estate Company called Office Here, Inc. / Cave Associates.  Barb has worked for 25 years as a licensed real estate professional.  They currently own 9 office buildings with 150,000 square feet of office space.  They also handle leasing for an additional 260,000 s.f. for other building owners in the area.  They represent office, retail and industrial tenants in searches throughout the Twin Cities and the have a construction and maintenance division that handles the reconstruction for their own buildings and others.  Barb can assist you in selling your property, purchasing a property or acting as a tenant representative for your search for space!
