I have over twenty-five years of transactional experience.  Representing tenants, industrial, office and retail looking for lease renewals, new locations or lease terminations.  Additionally I have represented buyers who purchased over Thirty Million in real estate the majority for their own occupancy.  The firm, Landmark Partners, works with clients to develop a program specification, implementation schedule to help guide them through the process of evaluating the alternatives.  We conduct lease negotiations, helping the client understand lease terms and the provisions.  We assist the client's attorney with a lease review.  Finally, our staff also helps manage the relocation if required.   I am also active in over 20 states and licensed in Florida.
