Jill is a proud past recipient of the MNCAR Retail Transaction of the Year Award. She is also a member of other professional real estate organizations including: CCIM Institute holding the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Institute of Real Estate Management holding the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM); National Association of Realtors; and is a Licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker/Realtor. Formerly she was involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) as board member, newsletter chair, and corporate sales chair; Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) as board member and corporate sales chair; and Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA) as board member and program chair. Jill is a talented real estate professional known for building relationships and diligently working to close deals and complete projects. While working for United Properties and Welsh Companies, she specialized in retail leasing representing a wide range of institutional client owners, including major life insurance companies, pension funds, Fortune 500 companies, real estate investment managers, huge estates, company owned property, as well as local entrepreneurs. She is adept at analyzing shopping centers to maximize their value by creating the ultimate tenant mix through market knowledge, relationships within the industry and understanding property ownership. Jill received a BA degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a master\'s degree in real estate, with honors, from Opus College/University of St. Thomas. In addition, Jill believes in giving back to the community through fundraising and volunteering and by supporting organizations that sponsor children, the arts, higher education and more. She had held numerous leadership positions in the Women\\\'s Association of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, as well as the main organization; Friends of the Library - Gustavus Adolphus Library Associates, Women\'s Association of the Minnesota Orchestra, Animal Humane Society, Starkey Hearing Foundation, and Volunteer Lawyers Network.
