Norma has a lease transaction and development background with emphasis on building strong client relationships with tenants as well as building owners. She provides expert market knowledge, a commitment to detail, and her clients’priorities. Over her career she has completed millions of square feet in transactions and has played an integral part of developing approximately 1.5 million square feet of Class A and office showroom properties in the Twin Cities. With 25+ years experience in the commercial real estate industry she is a well-connected broker within the real estate community.

Norma is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, serving as a past member of the Board of Directors and past chair of the Program and Expo Committees; the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) where she serves on the Special Events Committee. She holds both CCIM and RPA designations. Norma has been a featured panelist for numerous industry market updates.
