HOYT PROPERTIES, INC. is a major developer involved in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of commercial/industrial properties located both in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan area as well as the regional five-state area. Gary joined Hoyt Properties in 1984 where he became Senior Vice President of Development. Over the past years Gary has been involved in the acquisition, leasing, sale and development of over (eight) 8 million square feet of industrial and office space. His duties include all phases of the planning and development of net leased design build projects, and new multi tenant speculative development, as well as the leasing responsibilities of Hoyt\\\\\\\'s extensive portfolio of properties and representation of tenants. Gary has a great deal of expertise in working with cities and other governmental organizations in the development process. Gary has been fortunate to work with both major corporations as well as small entrepreneurial companies. Some of the more well known companies he has had an opportunity to with are Anheuser Busch, Anthem Electronics, Best Buy, Damark, Datalink, Department 56, Funco, HOM Furniture, Hutchinson Technologies, Innovex, Insignia Systems, Medtronic, Micro Age, Miracle Ear, Motorola, Network Communications PCL Construction Services, Pioneer Standard Electronics, Polaris Industries, Progressive Insurance, Redmond Products, Rollerblade, Tennaco Corporation, TURCK Inc., United Health Care and Valspar, just to name a few.
