Ronn Thomas SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT | HREC 612.382.5302 | RTHOMAS@HREC.COM Current Responsibilities  Ronn Thomas joined the HREC in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience, specializing in buyer and seller representation in the sale of hospitality properties throughout the United States.  Prior to entering the business of Commercial Real Estate, Ronn was a Boeing 727 captain for Sun Country Airlines where he was selected to be an instructor and a check airman. Prior to flying for the airlines, he was an associate at Commercial Leasing Services in Rochester, Minn. Professional and Community Involvement Ronn has been an active member of the Hospitality Minnesota, Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association (WH&LA), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and past President of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA). He is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.   Education Ronn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and financial management from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
