As a Senior Vice President for CBRE, Bryan Van Hoof specializes in tenant and landlord representation, property acquisition and disposition, new development, and real estate consulting. 

For more than 17 years, Bryan has been one of the Twin Cities’ premier real estate professionals. He currently lists over three million square feet and has been involved in several hundred tenant/buyer representation transactions. An industry reputation for integrity and a genuine attention to client needs underscore Bryan’s innate value as a business advisor.

Bryan started his career atThe Shelard Group in 1995, working diligently on behalf of developers, institutions, and investors in the leasing acquisition and disposition of industrial properties. Prior to rejoining CBRE in 2004, Bryan was a five-time Broker of the Year at Paramount Real Estate Corporation.
