Jeff specializes in corporate, government, non-profit and investment solutions. Jeff started IAG Commercial in July, 2009.  His primary focus is office, medical and industrial uses for corporate clients needing assistance with their real estate needs.  Jeff and his team work with mid to large entities that are \\\"users\\\" of space.  They have extensive experience in helping clients with planning, leasing, buying, selling and building.  They have experience in structuring development and investment opportunities for clients who chose to lease rather than own.  Jeff started his career with the Trammell Crow Company leasing Class A office space.  His career migrated into the corporate solutions arena where he has spent the last 30+ years of his career.  In 1994 Jeff co-founded the Corporate Solutions Group within United Properties.  In 2004 Jeff left United Properties to lead Minnesota operations for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.  In 2009 Jeff started Integrust Advisory Group, LLC, d.b.a. IAG Commercial, a niche company focused specifically on the end-user of space.   Memberships: Jeff is a member of the SIOR, CCIM, IFMA and CoreNet Global organizations.  He was the 2009 Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) Exchange President and a past Co-Chair of the Midwest Chapter of CoreNet. Professional Designations: Jeff earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation in 1995, and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1996. In 2005 Jeff earned the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global.
