Scott Pollock joined United Properties in February 1996. His primary responsibilities include providing investment services for office, retail, and multi-family properties. Since joining United Properties� Investment Services Group, Scott has led or participated on teams that completed 70 transactions valued at nearly $650 million.

Scott has consistently ranked among United Properties� top producing brokers over the past three years, and led the company in gross sales production during the years 1999 and 2002. His 22 years of diversified real estate experience allows him to capably handle a broad range of real estate disposition assignments.

Prior to joining United Properties, Scott was Director of Real Estate Investment for the Hegg Companies, Inc. He was responsible for directing the company�s investment sales division from its Twin Cities� office, with emphasis on apartment, retail and office properties located in the upper Midwest. While at Hegg Companies, sales of a number of larger apartments, retail and office properties were completed with total value in excess of $60 million. Previous experience includes three and one half years with Rubloff Inc., a Chicago-based full service real estate firm, where he and his team completed sales transactions totaling in excess of $140 million.

Scott began his real estate career seven years prior to that at Skokie, Illinois�based Balcor/American Express, the nation�s largest syndicator of commercial real estate investments.

Scott is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a bachelor of science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
