Marc Nanne has been a respected member of the commercial real estate industry since he entered the industry in 1986. He utilizes his vast experience in the areas of sales, leasing and development consulting within the office, office/warehouse, hospitality, multi-family and retail markets to offer superior service to his clients.
He prides himself on being relationship driven, rather than product driven. Therefore, his broad knowledge base can be drawn upon. His clientele ranges from large corporations and/or institutional firms to small local investors/users and developers of commercial real estate.
Mr. Nanne is extremely well versed in the process of lease, sale, and development transactions of all types. His clients trust his values, professionalism, and his focus on the relationship and needs. He strives to facilitate transactions that will lay the foundation for strong business relations between the parties and enhanced results for his clients.
A longtime member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), he consistently chairs and/or is active in several subcommittees. He is also a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the National Association of Realtors. Marc also devotes time and resources to various charities and non-profit organizations to attempt to give back to the community that has blessed him and his family so much.
Marc was part of a team that earned the 1993 NAIOP award for Creative Transaction of the Year, which involved the redevelopment of a hazardous Superfund Site for the creation of a 360,000 square foot operations center for a large financial institution. Since then he has consistently been involved with a variety of notable transactions in the marketplace.

Marc Nanne is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and was born, raised and makes his family's home with his wife and three sons here in the Twin Cities. This intense local market knowledge and notoriety are keys to his success.
