With approximately 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kris has established herself as an expert within the Twin Cities retail market. She brings a blend of professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm to every assignment she undertakes.

Professional Responsibilities
As a member of Colliers International's Retail Leasing and Brokerage Division, Kris's primary emphasis is on landlord representation, new development and re-development projects, as well as land sales. Her strong marketing background is a definite asset when it comes to repositioning existing retail centers and attracting tenants to the landlord's property.

As an associate at Colliers, Kris has been a partner in the success of pre-leasing a 500,000 square foot development in Shakopee. The development is anchored by Sam's Club and Walmart, and complimented by over 40,000 square feet of multi-tenant buildings and several pad sites.

Building on Success
Kris entered the commercial real estate industry as the Marketing Director for Madison East Properties in Mankato, Minnesota. This position provided a solid foundation for her real estate career. Kris eventually transferred her marketing talents to Bradley Real Estate in the Twin Cities, where she held the position of General Manager as well as Leasing Manager.

At Bradley Real Estate, Kris was responsible for a portfolio consisting of thirteen community centers, or just over 2 million square feet. Her responsibilities included management of building operations for four properties initially, and then she took over leasing, sales and marketing of the entire portfolio. One of her most significant accomplishments was leading the final phase of redevelopment at Har Mar Mall in Roseville. This project encompassed approximately 25,000 square feet involving tenants such as Dress Barn, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a Hallmark store.

Industry Leadership
Kris is a graduate of the Minnesota State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She is a Licensed Real Estate Person within the State of Minnesota.

Kris is active within the commercial real estate community, where she has established an extensive retail network. She is currently a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers.
