Background Commercial Real Estate Background Timothy joined Suntide in 1999 and has in excess of 51 years of diversified commercial real estate experience including site acquisition, franchising, investment sales, development, hotel/motel sales, retail leasing, office leasing, and tenant representation. Timothy joined the Minnesota REALTORS chapter in 1971. While employed with Grow Biz International, a very large franchise corporation, Timothy worked as the Director of Real Estate. He held the same title for Great Clips Regional Companies. Timothy has overseen the site selection, construction, and store-openings of close to 4 million square feet of commercial property throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia. As President of the Igo Company, he handled the sales of Hotels and Motels. Timothy continues to handle development on behalf of end-users as well as traditional tenant representation. His skills regarding site selection and demographic trends make him an asset to both property owners and tenants alike. Timothy has the ability and the experience to handle commercial real estate projects from start to completion.
