Brad Butler is a Vice President Regional Director with Workspace Property Trust specializing in suburban office and flex leasing. Brad currently oversees a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet in the Twin Cities metro area.
Brad is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR), where has served as the Program Committee Chair and was the 2011 MNCAR President. He is also involved in the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce and is working toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Brad earned his B.A. in Biology from St. Olaf College in Northfield and prior to joining Workspace Property Trust worked 19 years with Liberty Property Trust and as a water biologist for Clean-flo Laboratories.
In his spare time Brad enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and spending time with his wife Joni and their three kids Ali, Emma, and William.
