Prior to 2005, Kim was with United Properties for five years as a Senior Retail Associate where she handled leasing in addition to providing tenant representation services for various clients and developers. Some of her past clients include Fidelity Investments, Lifetime Fitness, T-Mobile, The Complete Garage, Acme Tools, Hollywood Video and Baja Fresh. PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Kim is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA)and the Minnesota Commercial Associations of Realtors (MNCAR).
