Jacob Wert joined United Properties� Brokerage Division in 1999, focusing primarily on office leasing. He is a member of a successful leasing team with a major presence in the Southwest market.

Jacob�s assignments have included tenant representation in addition to landlord representation in the leasing of buildings in the Twin Cities office market, including the leasing of Centennial Lakes, Northland Executive Office Center, Southpoint, Eagan woods and Brenwood Office Park.

While Jacob�s focus is primarily the Southwest submarket, he is active throughout the Twin Cities metro area. He spends much of his time identifying potential clients, compiling businesses into a structured database, coordinating marketing plans and performing lease term analysis.

Jacob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College with a major in Business. Also, he was a standout member of the LFC tennis team and an active member in a number of professional organizations.
