Biography
Barry Brottlund has been actively involved in the commercial real estate market for 46 years with experience in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. Areas of particular expertise are retail leasing, tenant representation and development work, with a strong base in investment sales and analysis. Multi-family brokerage dominated the first 12 years of his work. Having achieved the CCIM designation in 1984, Mr. Brottlund has been actively involved in the CCIM local and naitonal chapters as well as the Minnesota Shopping Center Association. Mr. Brottlund was inducted into the Minnesota Shopping Center Assocation Hall of Fame in Decemter of 2020.
