Maura has 19 years of experience in commercial real estate research providing sophisticated, timely, reliable data critical to making effective and well-informed real estate decisions. She specializes in the creation of market statistics, demographic reports, mapping and providing analytical data in a clear, comprehensible format.

Maura facilitates the production of the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's quarterly Minneapolis market reports by interpreting the latest market trends and providing statistical tabulations and graphs for the industrial and office sectors. At the request of Newmark's advisors and clients, Maura also researches a variety of real estate related topics including ownership, tax records, plat maps, and sale and lease data. As a valued member of a high-volume, service-oriented department, Maura seeks to produce the highest quality products and most reliable information while keeping up with the fast pace and stringent deadlines of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Newmark, Maura was Director of Research at Colliers International. Before working at Colliers, Maura was provided services as an independent consultant for six years, specializing in commercial real estate research for key Minneapolis/St. Paul industry organizations. Prior to working as a consultant, Maura oversaw the research and mapping services at United Properties for ten years. Maura is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and a member of Xceligent's Research Advisory Board.
