Kris Smeltzer joined Cushman & Wakfield in 2002 specializing in industrial sales, leasing, and tenant rep in the Southwest Twin Cities metropolitan area. Kris uses his in-depth knowledge of the Southwest industrial market to help guide his clients throughout the transaction process. Kris applies his outstanding work ethic and dedication to every deal he works on, which has led to such awards as the 2004 Rising Star award. He also has consistently received the company’s prestigious Offshore Club award since 2006 in recognition of his outstanding performance during the year.
Kris attended St. Cloud State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance and investment. He was a member of the university’s football team from 1996-2000.
Kris is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR), Big 10 Speakers and the St. Cloud State University Real Estate Alumni Association.
