     \">April, 2020– Colliers International | Minnesota is pleased to announce the recent addition of Laura Moore to the brokerage services team. Moore will work with the Colliers MN office brokerage team to provide tenant representation services to a wide range of Colliers MN clients and prospects in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota markets. Laura will be working to further Colliers MN\'s office advisory group, providing superior office representation, agency leasing, development consulting, investment sales, land brokerage to Colliers MN\'s broad spectrum of office occupiers and property owners. Moore began her career in Texas, working as a leasing specialist for retail properties in 2002. She began working in retail brokerage when she relocated to Minnesota. In 2011, Moore formed her own one-person company and represented a regional junior box retailer as it expanded its presence in Minnesota and Wisconsin. While she advised on relocations and new construction on over 1.5 million square of retail, office and distribution centers over 13 years for her client, she provided strategic guidance as the company refreshed its branding and public image. After she shepherded her client through its growth phase, she sought a new challenge and joined Platinum Properties Group, continuing to focus on tenant representation but with an eye toward the office sector. While at Platinum, Moore represented a breadth of clients including national, regional and local companies looking to secure retail, flex industrial and office spaces in Minnesota. She is an active member of MNCAR, NAIOP and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Moore serves as a Vice Chair Planning Commissioner for the City of Victoria. She serves as a Co-Chair for NAIOP\'s Special Events committee. In addition, she serves on the Grants Committee for Giving WoMN.
