Rick is a dedicated professional who works diligently to provide the highest level of customer service. He is a team player that recognizes the value of going the extra mile. He has established himself in the real estate community through honesty, integrity and hard work.


AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION

Rick works predominantly in the northwest suburban market of the Twin Cities, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. Clients appreciate Rick�s ability to listen and understand their needs. He has the ability to take that information and conceptualize the most appropriate plan of attack to accomplish their goals.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to coming to Paramount, Rick played for eight years in the National Football League. The last six years Rick has owned and operated restaurants in Minnesota, as well as, North and South Dakota.


EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS
Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a major in Communications. He is a current member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He will soon begin training to attain designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.


PERSONAL INTERESTS
Outside of Paramount, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. He is also an active member of the NFL Alumni Twin Cities Chapter. Rick and his family reside in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
