Rob is a vice president on the Colliers International Office Brokerage team. His areas of expertise include owner representation and tenant representation for both lease and sale transactions.

Rob has been involved with commercial real estate brokerage since 2005. Prior to his real estate career, Rob worked in advertising as an art director and designer. Rob enjoys and values creating long-term relationships in which he can serve as a trusted real estate advisor. Working closely with his clients in the key areas of market research, site selection and valuation, Rob has represented a wide variety of businesses during his career, including hospital systems, non-profits, advertising agencies and insurance companies. He understands that all his clients have unique needs and challenges that determine how they view real estate, and he seeks to work creatively and collaboratively to find the right solution and deliver the best outcome. 

Before joining Colliers International, Rob spent over three years with The Excelsior Group. Prior to that, He spent 11 years in office brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield.

Davis is the president of the MNCAR Realtor Board of Directors, serves on the MNCAR Office Advisory Board and is a member of Greater Saint Paul BOMA’s Marketing & Leasing Committee, which publishes an annual report of data of the St. Paul central business district office market and tracks market trends. Additionally, he serves on the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Board.
