Commercial Real Estate Background

Barb joined Suntide Commercial Realty in 2000 with a 14+
year financial background serving both national and
international organizations. Barb currently oversees the
operations side of the company; she is also very
instrumental in the growth of Suntide’s third party property management
business.

Barb Schuba is the Executive officer holding Suntide’s
AMO (Accredited Management Organization) designation through
the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Barb is an Asset
Manager responsible for over 1.8 million square feet of office, retail and industrial
property of company owned and third party investments.
Barb works side by side with the mortgage companies, attorneys and
our clients during acquisition processes, new financing, loan modifications and
property appraisals.  

Barb’s ability to think outside the box and see the big
picture, combined with her attention to detail and dedication, continues to provide local and out-of-state owners
peace of mind.  She is an effective leader and project manager with exceptional multi-tasking, time management
and organizational skills.  Barb has a proven track record in managing business operations
on a large scale from conception to launch.
