Larissa Champeau joined CBRE in April of 2015, specializing in agency leasing in the downtown Minneapolis market. She is partnered with Mark McCary and Dick Keller.  Prior to joining the CBRE team, Larissa was a Director of brokerage services for Cushman Wakefield/NorthMarq for 8 years.  During this time, she actively represented building owners in the Minneapolis Suburban market, as well as local and national tenants.  She is located in CBRE's Downtown Minneapolis location.

Professional and Community Involvement

Larissa is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP). She is currently a member of NAIOP's Community Enhancement Committee and a past chair of the Minneapolis Emerging Brokers. She also enjoys volunteering with community organizations, including the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
