Angela Demonte, LEED AP, brings over 15 years of experience to the Commercial Real Estate arena. She is a Commercial Real Estate Broker in the Twin Cities with JKMR, Inc., and a Solar Project Developer with Winkelman Solar Developers, LLC. Angela leans on her commercial sales and leasing background to seamlessly integrate solar into existing leases between Tenants and Landlords.  She provides advisory and investment services to a wide array of clients including private and institutional investors and developers as well as corporate and local occupiers. Angela consistently delivers exceptional value to her clients by negotiating the most attractive terms. Demonte was a broker at CBRE for 8 years and has focused on Commercial Real Estate Brokerage for 10 years.  Before her time at CBRE, she served in the environmental regulation management and engineering industry where she worked on a variety of property types from retail to industrial distribution centers to office.  Credentials Angela is a graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Natural Science and Environmental Studies.
