Expertise Johnny Reimann focuses on tenant representation, project leasing, and land sales and assemblage for development primarily in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Professional Experience Mr. Reimann began his career in real estate as an associate for NorthMarq’s Retail Brokerage group in Bloomington, MN. Mr. Reimann works with each client to define space requirements, create a market strategy, identify profitable locations and negotiate terms to fit their specific needs. His clients include The TJX Companies, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, Top Golf, Dollar Tree and Ryan Companies, among others. In his career, Johnny has brokered transactions totaling over four million square feet. Affiliations & Education Johnny is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) with which he is a board member.
