Kate Gillette has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2008 specializing in the areas of commercial real estate transaction management, valuations, financial analysis, and market research. She has been active in the office, industrial, and retail markets executing sale and lease transactions. Additional areas of focus have included assisting clients with business efficiencies, qualitative and quantitative negotiations, and strategic real estate planning. Kate began her career by learning about the fundamentals of buildings through receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. She has a great knowledge of building structures, workplace trends, and environmental design standards as a LEED AP in Commercial Interiors. Kate has been recognized as a “Top Woman in Finance” by Finance and Commerce, as one of the “Women Who Lead” by Minnesota Business Magazine, and as a part of “The Power 30: Commercial Real Estate” by Finance and Commerce.
