Overview: Nate is a Vice President in the Brokerage Services group at Transwestern. He has served the Minneapolis/St. Paul market since 2011 and specializes in representing companies in the engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and life sciences fields. He has extensive experience assisting clients with facility acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations and relocations. His clients have recognized him as a consultative, honest and dedicated resource to solve complex real estate challenges. He’s contacted regularly by repeat clients and is a tireless advocate for their interests. Professional Affiliations: Nate maintains an active role in the real estate community. He’s held several leadership positions within NAIOP Minnesota including chairing the Developing Leaders and University Challenge Committees. Most recently, he was selected to the NAIOP Minnesota Board of Directors for a two-year term starting in 2019. He’s recognized as a leader in industrial property leasing and sales. He’s been a featured speaker at the NAIOP Office and Industrial Update, represented NAIOP Minnesota and its members in Washington, DC during the Chapter Leadership and Legislative Retreat and played an integral role in strategic planning for the Minnesota Chapter.
