Susan Wilson is a Vice President at Lee & Associates and specializes in healthcare real estate. She is a Healthcare Real Estate Advisor with the Healthcare Services Group and she represents medical tenants, clinics and health systems to assist with site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, disposition and development. Additionally the team specializes in medical office building (MOB) investment sales.
Prior to her career in healthcare real estate, Susan worked for a local commercial appraisal firm and completed appraisals for financing, estate planning and tax appeal purposes. In addition to her commercial real estate experience, Susan worked for Roche Laboratories as a pharmaceutical sales representative and has held various positions in marketing and research in the healthcare industry.
