James has been helping clients source, sell and develop Commercial Real Estate since 2009. Before that developed a distribution company with 15 employees. This company sent product Nationwide with a few international account. In 2004 he saw that to continue the growth they needed warehouses throughout the country. In 2005 he successfully negotiated the sale of that business to the largest Malt maker in the USA and helped facilitate that growth for 2 more years. Meanwhile, he began to purchase and develop properties on his own until 2009 when he became a licensed agent.  With an ag business back ground and a start up to Multimillion dollar sale his past experiences has helped countless buyers and sellers throughout southern Minnesota. He has also developed many BTS and lease back for all size of clients.
