His experience covers the entire scope of real estate: opportunity identification, site selection, entitlements, design, pre-construction planning and budgeting, closing, construction, and leasing to a smooth transition to operations. Kevin’s award winning projects range from the creative repositioning of industrial warehouse buildings to leading the creation of the largest private art park in Minneapolis. Qualifications - Kevin has two master’s degrees from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in Urban + Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture. He is a Licensed Minneasota Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Minnesota Association of Commercial Real Estate/Realtors. About Element - Element is a commercial real estate advisory firm that provides development consulting and leasing services for owners and entrepreneurs in walkable, urban neighborhoods in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro. Founded by JoAnna Hicks and Kevin Kuppe in 2015 and based in Minneapolis, Element works with clients who are passionate about their businesses and their communities, and who expect their partners to join them in exploring the “what if’s” of their projects.
