Stephanie Lee brings a new level of strategic expertise to the Global Street Partners team. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate America on executive leadership teams, she has deep knowledge of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business turnarounds. She also has extensive experience in asset acquisition and property management as an investor, giving her a unique understanding of her clients’ challenges. Creating alignment between real estate strategies and business strategies, she brings big picture perspective to every deal. Stephanie is an active member in the real estate and business community in the following organizations: - Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), member - Commercial Real Estate Diversity Collaborative (CREDC), co-lead - University of St Thomas strategic board of governance, Executive committee & Board member - Leukemia & Lymphomas Society, Board Member - Woman\\\'s President Organization (WPO), member   She has also been recognized by her peers: - 2018 Finance & Commerce Top Women in Finance - 2017 Minneapolis & St Paul Business Journal Top Woman in Business   Stephanie graduated from Monash University in Australia with both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree. She also holds an MBA from University of St. Thomas and is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
