Jeremy, as the Executive Managing Director of the North Central Region at Colliers, is responsible for brokerage operations across Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. His role isn\'t just about overseeing, it\'s about nurturing growth, igniting performance, and empowering individuals in each of his markets. Since assuming the mantle of Managing Director & Market Leader for Colliers\' Minnesota division in August 2019, Jeremy has orchestrated a rapid rise. Under his stewardship, personnel and revenue have soared, nearly doubling in a relatively short span. The company\'s footprint has also expanded significantly, penetrating neighboring states and diversifying its service offerings to encompass critical sectors like multifamily, life sciences, and, most recently, project management. Moreover, Jeremy has fostered a client portfolio that spans multiple markets, reflecting his commitment to broadening Colliers\' horizons. Jeremy\'s leadership ethos is deeply rooted in his past experiences, particularly his tenure as a Judge Advocate General in the US Army from 2006 to 2011. His deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2008 to 2009 shaped his perspective, instilling in him a profound sense of service and humility -- not to mention gratitude for the simplest pleasures. Transitioning from the military to real estate, Jeremy brought his spirit of innovation and service-first mentality to the forefront. As a Development Manager with Ryan Companies and later as a Development Executive with Mortenson, he left an indelible mark on the landscape of the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota. Notable among his achievements was spearheading the initial phase of a groundbreaking Life Science district in partnership with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota: One Discovery Square.
