Nick Houwman joined Summerhill Commercial Real Estate, LLC in June of 2014. Nick has over (10) years of experience in architecture bringing a unique set of skills to Summerhill. His passion for drafting, design, and construction uniquely qualify him to assess his client’s needs and deliver results. Nick earned his real estate license in 2013 and is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). Nick is a 2002 graduate of St. Anthony Village High Schoo and a 2004 graduate of Dunwoody Institute of Technology. Nick is a people person and has a passion for helping clients with their commercial real estate needs. Nick is a go getter and excited to work on tenant and buyer representative and seller and owner representative opportunities in the areas of industrial, retail, and office commercial real estate. In his spare time, Nick fixes and rents his own property, and enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and just about anything about the outdoors.
