Chris is a commercial real estate specialist and Broker serving the greater Owatonna area. In her time working in commercial real estate she has assumed numerous responsibilities such as:  project analysis, financial planning and oversight, complex contract negotiations, and facility management. Her detail-oriented manner, strong organizational skills, and self motivated nature has fueled her success in both entrepreneurial ventures and her real estate career. 

Chris is the owner of ARISE Commercial and offers representation in Southern Minnesota, assisting clients to create efficiency, strategic planning and improve bottom line profits in their real estate portfolios.

Chris is currently contracted by ARISE Group, LLC, a commercial real estate investment firm, to handle investment analysis, acquisition/disposition and company management.

Her passion for commercial real estate stemmed from her early days as an entrepreneur. Strong decision making and creation of clear processes to ensure outcomes was a common thread that she carried forward into her real estate endeavors and has assisted in realizing her clients' real estate and business goals.
