Ryan Hampson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016. Partnered with Gordie Hampson, their team has a combined 35 years of industry experience and involvement in over 850 leasing and sales transactions totaling more than 11 million square feet. In his role, he focuses on agency leasing and tenant representation in the Southwest and West office submarkets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan spent 7 years working in the Financial Services Industry. At DST Market Services, Ryan ascended to the role of Team Coordinator within the Mutual Fund Operations Department. In this role, Ryan continually interfaced with DST’s Broker-Dealer clients, serving as a point of escalation and ensuring exceptional results on the company’s deliverables. Additionally, Ryan received company-wide recognition for his dedication and enthusiastic engagement on the projects he was involved with. Prior to working at DST Market Services, Ryan held the role Financial Advisor with Minneapolis Financial Group. From his previous roles, Ryan developed strong sales and relationship building skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset; all of which aided in his transition to Commercial Real Estate. Ryan is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). Ryan is a current member of CCIM and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. Ryan is a past member of BNI (Business Networking International), serving as a local chapter Vice President. Additionally, Ryan served as a volunteer coach for Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association for multiple years. Previously, Ryan has held the Series 6, Series 63, Series 99 FINRA licenses, as well as, the Minnesota Life, Accident, Health and Long-Term Care licenses. Ryan earned a B.A. in Economics with an Emphasis in Finance from Saint Olaf College in Northfield Minnesota in 2009.
