Regarding Tenant/Buyer Representation, he has experience in site selection, comparative analysis, investment analysis, and lease negotiations. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan spent 7 years working in the Financial Services Industry. A strong financial background has integrated into his current role and has allowed him to consistently exceed client financial and operational objectives. Ryan earned a B.A. in Economics with an Emphasis in Finance from Saint Olaf College in Northfield Minnesota in 2009.
